1: Assessment
I will set a date with you and your family for the assessment.
During the assessment, I will find out what you want in a
personal chef. I will discuss the menu options. We will discuss
your personal preferences and specifications of your menu.
We will discuss any food allergies or intolerant conditions
you or your family members may have. We will also discuss
the different choices of packaging for your entrees (disposable
or permanent containers).
2: Frequency
of Service
Once the assessment is completed, you can then decide the
frequency of your service and select the initial cooking date.
You may choose from weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The choice
is up to you.
3: Pricing
and Payment
The payment of the cook date must be made on the day of the
assessment or a scheduled day before the cooking date because
groceries are included in the total fee.
I will
take care of the rest…On your scheduled cook date, I
will shop for your groceries and bring all of my necessary
equipment. I will then prepare and package all of your entrees
and leave you with easy to follow heating instructions. I
will then store your entrees and clean your kitchen.
Special
Services
These services are for clients who have special health needs.
It is very difficult for individuals with special dietary
needs to go out to dinner and find entrées that meet
their needs. I have many years of education and experience
with diabetic patients, hypertension patients, gluten intolerant
individuals, individuals with a hypersensitivity to certain
foods, and individuals with high cholesterol. I will create
a menu based on your special needs. This not only is very
convenient, but also you can see exactly what you are consuming.
Each entrée created comes with a complete nutritional
analysis.
